Death. Remember it. Every Day. Sounds a little morbid, but contemplating death is one of the most important practices in my life. At the age of 6 when I heard my father burst into tears at the unexpected news of his father’s death I wondered if I was supposed to feel sad too. I tried really hard to cry but I couldn’t.
